SOGAT 2022 Venue Safety & Cleanliness
SOGAT 2022 will be held at the Beach Rotana Hotel, in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Ideally located in the heart of the capital’s business and shopping districts, the Beach Rotana is set on its own stretch of private beach in the Tourist Club Area on the shores of the Arabian Sea in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi International Airport and 90 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Home of the prestigious Abu Dhabi Trade Centre, the hotel is directly linked by an exclusive passageway to the Abu Dhabi Mall which houses international brands, a 6 screen cinema and entertainment venues.
The registration fees for the event does not include accommodation and delegates are responsible for booking their accommodation. Hotel bedrooms have been reserved for delegates at a preferential rate at the Beach Rotana.

The operating capacity of the meeting venue is set to 80%, provided that social distancing, facemasks and regular sanitation guidelines are still monitored in addition to Al Hosn Green Pass activation.
Attendance at SOGAT 2022 is limited to those who have received two doses of vaccine and those participating in clinical trials of vaccines, provided that no more than 6 months has passed since the second dose.
Attendance is also dependent on the presentation of a negative result of a PCR test taken within 96 hours prior to the occasion, with an 'E' or star showing on the Al Hosn application.
The audience must adhere to all COVID-19 precautionary measures and wearing the mask at all time during the event in mandatory.
Venue and organizer staff members will undergo COVID-19 testing on weekly basis.
